Option 1: The Site Vision Session ($500 + GST)
Best for exploring layouts and feasibility. Includes a 90-minute on-site brainstorm, a "live" hand-sketch, and a verbal reality check on your budget/council constraints.
Option 2: The Full Feasibility & Concept Package ($1,500 + GST)
Best for getting "bank-ready." Includes scaled concept drawings and a formal Planning & Council Feasibility Report. (Note: If you’ve done a Site Vision Session, the $500 is credited toward this package.)
