About
Experienced Architectural Technician/ Designer (New Builds & Renovations) with 9 years of experience in the NZ architectural industry, I offer professional, practical design services for projects ranging from small renovations to complex two-storey new builds.
My background includes 7 years with the Classic Group (Classic Builders), specializing in client-driven design & builds and house & land packages. This experience has given me a good understanding of cost-effective design and practical construction methods to avoid headaches. Prior to this, I worked in a small firm focusing on renovations and light commercial work.

- Initial Concept & Scheme Design: Visualizing your ideas. Using programs like Lumion to produce realistic renders of your project.
- Working Drawings: Detailed plans for construction.
- Building Consents: Handling all documentation and council queries to get your project approved.
I have recently launched my own practice and am currently finalizing my LBP Design license; in the interim, all Restricted Building Work (Structural and Weathertightness) is reviewed and signed off by an LBP Design 1 or 2 (depending on the complexity of the project), ensuring full compliance and peace of mind for your project.
