I’m really disappointed with this experience. The painters presented themselves as professionals but ignored advice that the shelving needed an oil-based primer rather than water-based. Even when they came back a second time, they again used water-based primer despite my concerns. I was assured the finish would hold and guaranteed that they would return if it peeled. It has peeled, and I’ve heard nothing back. Despite emailing twice and sending messages, I’ve had no response. Very poor follow-up
