I am very pleased with the outstanding quality of work Sukh and his team from Zora Builders completed for my renovation and alterations to my main home. I hired him after interviewing a dozen builders/ general contractors. Being a female home owner I wanted a builder who I could communicate with and I am so happy that I went with him. Not only was his quote highly competitive, I found Sukh like a brother. He was very easy to deal with, very professional, responsive, respectful, reliable and honest. No job was too big or too small for him. He gave good advice. All our inspections passed fairly quickly. He and his team really worked very hard to meet project timelines which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend them and also will be having them on my next project starting very soon. Once you have a good builder you stick to them. Thank you again Sukh & team.

Zora Builders and team did excellent work at my parents’ house. The work involved repairs to the front door including repaint, the replacement of a toilet, and installation of handrails in the bathroom. Their workmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Their fees were also very reasonable for the work done and represented good value. We won’t hesitate to use them again if we need any more work done around the house in future.
