About
Hi, I’m Dylan Bracey, director of Bracey Builders Limited and a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).
Building runs in the family – my father, Grant Bracey, has been in the trade for over 40 years, and I’ve been on the tools for more than 12 years myself. I learned the ropes working alongside him and have carried those values of quality, reliability, and honesty into my own business.
Bracey Builders specialises in residential renovations – including bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and full-home upgrades. Based in Sandringham, we work across Auckland in areas like Titirangi, Blockhouse Bay, and beyond. We manage the whole process from start to finish and have a solid network of trusted subcontractors to ensure every job is done right.
