Mercy Construction fully renovated two of our 1980s bathrooms in June, one with tricky angles. Thet are bith now fully tiled, with new everything. Fantastic outcome. Thomas and his team worked methodically and efficiently taking care in handling everything and installing with meticulous attention to detail. He was fully communicative via text and email throughout the job with most work done while we were overseas for six weeks. Thomas employs only the best tilers, plumbers, electricians etc to ensure the high standard he demands. If there was ever a problem it was promptly and cheerfully sorted - or a full explanation on why it was done as it was done, which was more than satisfactory. A few extra jobs in other areas of the house were no problem to do either. The billing was as Thomas said it would be - no surprises at the end. Attached photos (8 before/7 after across 2 bathrooms) however, showing upgrade just dont do the new bathrooms justice as they are tricky to take in a confined space and with reflections etc. We would highly recommend Mercy Construction and his team for anyone wanting bathroom work done. Thomas was amazing to work with. He was incredibly proactive, swiftly troubleshooting issues and diving right into the work. His communication was flawless there were absolutely no surprises along the way. Whenever something unexpected came up, he communicated it promptly and provided all the necessary information so we could make an informed decision. ​Even with additional scope added along the way, Thomas still completed the project right on schedule.
