Building Consent - Load Bearing Wall Removal
This was a straight forward job that consisted of collating a simple Building Consent package for a residential home to have a load bearing wall removed to expand living space. The client wanted to increase the overall size of the living space as the bedroom adjacent to the dining area in the existing L1 floor plan was not being used.
