I worked with Sam on my deck extension that needed building consent. After a couple of emails to ensure scope was clear, I decided to work with Sam on an hourly basis. From formal engagement to building consent lodgement it was within 3 working days. Council have also just approved our consent with no RFIs or additional engineering requirements. I am very happy with Sams work and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again if I needed additional architectural support. 5 stars for sure!
