Hello, my name is Shanta Trusewich and I run Studio Sio. I am an interior and architectural designer, with over ten years experience in both NZ and NYC.
I design and project manage residential; retail; hospitality; and office projects, collaborating on client briefs and manifesting them into spaces that are functional, well crafted, and beautiful.
I can provide 3D renderings, plans to build from, consult on design, purchase furniture and materials, and manage onsite construction. With my extensive experience and ability to think on my feet (I have seen and managed to fix almost every problem on a construction site you can imagine!) I ensure the design, budgeting, and construction rolls smoothly, on budget, and on time so my clients can focus on their own product or service or new home, and enjoy the process.
I have designed everything from tiny bistros; pop up shops; to large offices; urban masterplans; and 250 room hotels like the Hotel Chelsea.
