Te Atatu Peninsula Development
This project was a 5 unit development project in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. It included relocating the existing house to the front of the site and renovating it, then designing and building 4 new homes at the rear. All five houses were subdivided and put on their own freehold titles. Our involvement included concept design, interior design, resource consent, building consent and management of the subdivision.
Villa Renovation & Subdivision
This project includes the extension and renovation of a heritage villa in the heart of Kingsland and a subdivision to create a new rear parcel of land. We completed all of the design and documentation work including concept design, resource consent, building consent and project management of the subdivision process.
