Project description

This project was a 5 unit development project in Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland. It included relocating the existing house to the front of the site and renovating it, then designing and building 4 new homes at the rear. All five houses were subdivided and put on their own freehold titles. Our involvement included concept design, interior design, resource consent, building consent and management of the subdivision.
