I've purchased a new home and looking to repaint, renew flooring and kitchen. Would like advise on materials, colours and combinations for flooring , paint, lighting and kitchen. This is a cross leasing and "plaster cast" home. The Dwelling is about 270m2 over 2 levels. There are only 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would like to improve the interior plan creating space for 3 teenagers, a couple and Grand Mum. The dwelling also requires outside plastering.
