The work completed by Anthony and his plumber and plasterer was of a very good quality. The flooring work, which Anthony outsourced to another builder, unfortunately did not meet my expectations. The majority of the work was completed in 2-3 weeks, however it then took 3 months to hear back about the remainder of the work by which time I had made alternative arrangements to get the work completed.

I'm not quite sure what happened to this company but they never showed up when they were scheduled to start the job and I haven't been able to get a hold of them. Very frustrating as we had already waited a month or so for the work to start. I do hope they are just snowed under with work and it's not because they had to close their business.

This person contracted to do the work and then disappeared – stopped returning calls or answering emails. I understand that people sometimes have to pull out of a job – especially in the current environment, but communication is key – we turned down another quote to accept Anthony's quote and it took us several months to find another builder - the other builder did a great job but only did the opening between the kitchen and lounge - the other work Anthony contracted for is still not done.
