Led by a qualified Licensed Building Practitioner with over a decade in the trade and experienced builders by my side, we pride ourselves on clear communication, tidy sites, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

This project included a full strip-out, re-plumbing, new fixture locations, upgraded electrical and ventilation, replacement flooring, and a new window installed due to previous leak damage. Full renovation

Complete internal strip-out and renovation of a heritage home. Structural walls were removed and re-framed to form a new, functional floor plan, transforming the space into light-filled open-plan living while retaining heritage integrity

Tiny Home – Full Contract New Build

This project was delivered under a full contract build, managing the construction from groundworks through to completion. Works included slab foundation construction, full framing and structural works, roofing installation, and exterior finishes using raw timber cladding. Internally, we completed the installation of kitchen cabinetry and a fully tiled bathroom, coordinating all trades to ensure a smooth, efficient build. The result is a well-constructed, high-quality tiny home built for durability, functionality, and long-term performance.

Heritage Home Renovation – Ngaio

This comprehensive renovation involved a full strip-back and rebuild of a character home in Ngaio, carefully balancing modern performance with heritage integrity. The project included a full re-pile, complete re-line, and a new roof, creating a solid and compliant foundation for the home’s next chapter. Custom timber joinery was built and supplied to match the home’s original character, while new hardwood flooring was installed throughout to add warmth and durability. Internally, we constructed a new kitchen cavity and installed bespoke kitchen cabinetry, along with delivering a full bathroom renovation that upgraded services while maintaining period-appropriate detailing. The project was completed with a new deck, seamlessly extending the living space outdoors. Every stage was managed with precision to respect the home’s heritage features while delivering a high-quality, modern finish.

Kapiti development

Project management of a large-scale residential subdivision comprising 39 homes. The role included full coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, programme management, and on-site oversight of three building crews to ensure consistent quality and efficient delivery across the development.

Brae was great to deal with, went above and beyond what was expected in building the foundation for my tiny home. After delivery, he was still there around 6pm bolting the unit on to the foundation. Very satisfied. Reply: Thanks heaps for the kind words, really appreciate it. It was a pleasure helping you get into your new home.
