Good day, I have over 30 years of a vast and varied construction experience and skills. I can help you with your house designs (renovations or new builds), costing and pricing, building consent issues, construction, project management and maintenance. Anything between Conceptuals (house designs) and Code compliance certificate - we can have a conversation. I can also check your plans already drawn by your architect before you submitt to council (so I am only as good as the plans...).. Do the job once and do it right - pending your circumstances.
