About
Our specialized Newton HydroBond System provides a complete and continuous waterproof envelope to the external surface of any below ground structure; consisting of pre-applied, self-healing sheet membranes, and post-applied liquid membranes that can be linked to the above ground DPC in order to completely encapsulate the basement in a continuous waterproof barrier. This system complies with the highest British Standard --- which far exceeds our NZ standards.
In addition to the external protection of the subterranean structure, we have a unique Cavity Drain Membrane system which works in conjunction with the external tanking to create a maintainable basement waterproofing solution where a completely dry internal environment is required. Ideal for new-build basements and refurbishment projects, the System comprises specialized Cavity Drain Membranes, Drainage, Pumps and Control Systems to provide “drained protection”. In the event of any water leaking through the structure, the system accepts water into voids and air spaces, strategically placed to the inside of the structure, depressurizes the incoming water and safely removes it from the property.
