Job was done very well and everything went smoothly, unfortunately the tradesmen was confident that it would fix the leak, but that is not the case. Leak still exists and feels like I payed for a job that did nothing

Slight leak in ceiling

This job was half completed and then after a few weeks of no correspondence he said he couldn't complete due to personal/family reasons. I'm not sure if the leak has been fixed but he didn't fix the hole in the wall from him removing the gib. Would have been great if he'd referred me to someone else he knows to be able to complete the job. I'm not sure if the 50% of the payment we have made is under or over the amount of work he did. This experience makes me worried about using BCrack in future.
