Investigate and remediate a building leak with possible water pooling

I need a property looked at in Naenae in regards to a water ingress issue that has developed over the last couple of months. Will need to root cause investigated and any remediation options. This appears in the back corner of the property and could be an issue with the 2 sections of the building and a gap forming. Have attached 2 pictures, externally where water maybe coming from. Need someone that can take a look and fix the issues.

Make our garage watertight

We have a garage that has two remedial activities required. 1) the top of the garage has experienced wear and tear over time (as is used as an outdoor area) and the rainwater pools on the top of the garage in wet weather. 2) in periods of heavy rain, the left hand corner of the garage leaks water from the floor. not sure if this is a drainage issue or otherwise. The garage is made of cinder blocks. We ideally want the garage to be watertight for the coming winter.
