Underfloor plastic sheeting moisture barrier

I need to have some plastic sheeting put down under the house (approximately 80m sq) as a moisture barrier. The crawl space is easily accessible from outside and is about 80cm high at the front of the house but gets a bit tighter (maybe around 40cm?) at the back. Would do it myself but I have a bad back. I can supply materials.
