Timber chimney extension on brick design & PS1

I have a brick chimney (1290 x 460) that is now in the roof space (due to an extension). I'd like to frame up a chimney extension (2.1m) on top of the existing brick chimney (4.7m above ground), fixed into the surrounding trusses (1.5m higher than the chimney). There is a truss either (short) side of the chimney, and another square truss on another side. The finish should be black plaster. I'm expecting plans and PS1 for a timber frame chimney extension (incl cap flashing and cladding etc)
