Hi, I have a Building Consent with Auckland Council and have received an RFI to demonstrate Good Ground to NZS3604. The project is an extension of a single level residential build to NZS3604, half slab on grade and piles subfloor. I will need a formal report to be issued by a Geotech engineer to demonstrate that the site has Good Ground. I suspect, this may require a Geotech engineer to investigate the ground, undertake soil lab testing and then drafting the report confirming whether the site demonstrates Good Ground to NZS3604. Am I able to get a quote for this and an indication of timing to complete please? The property address is 50 Mahunga Drive, Mangere.
