Volcanic View Shaft clearance report

The S92 letter from the council requires a surveyor to show the Volcanic View Shaft clearance on my property at 5 Harris Road, Mount Wellington. Is this something you can do? We have got the survey done but need to add the Volcanic View Shaft clearance report that the council is asking for along with the survey report.
