Check roof and below house structure and provide requirements to fix if required

I have a villa that is over 100 years old. There are two roof beams that have cracked over the years and probably need to be replaced. Below the house ( mostly sufficient height to easily stand) need to check beams and piles for any replacements. Most were replaced around 30 years ago.
