Repair tin roof flashing on mono-pitch house :)

I need repairs done on the roof of our rental property which is currently tenanted.It is a mono-pitch roof,and by the looks of it i think flashing wasn't put up when it was built and on a certain wind its pushing the rain up in there and leaking . This has caused some damage to the inside of house/wood and caused a hole in the gib of the ceiling in a spare bedroom. House is only 8 years old .

Replace iron sheets to roof

We think there are some sheets of iron with rusted nails that er allowing water in somewhere over the back porch. We had someone use a sealer around several nails a few years ago but that was supposed to be temporary. The nails need replacement and possibly the iron sheets. We do not believe we need an entire new roof.

Need some overall roof work done including waterproofing. Need 2 x roof caps on the junctions; and 1 x leak investigated / repaired; as well as the soft edging remoulded. Single story, Roof Cladding: Trapezoidal. Once this work is complete will be doing a full roof repaint.
