Need some overall roof work done including waterproofing. Need 2 x roof caps on the junctions; and 1 x leak investigated / repaired; as well as the soft edging remoulded. Single story, Roof Cladding: Trapezoidal. Once this work is complete will be doing a full roof repaint.
