Today we discovered a gap in the concrete tile roof. Concrete roofing tile appears to have been displaced, due to a weather event. Lining in ceiling has been torn and water is coming in, as have seen water damage to boxes and panel immediately below the hole. Require urgent help to make safe and will speak to insurance assessor when they open on Monday.
