Roof drain

We are looking for a licensed builder to address moisture ingress and drainage issues on a flat membrane roof. The job includes: * Securing and resealing a loose metal collar at the junction where the roof membrane ends to ensure weathertightness. * Creating a small channel in the adjacent concrete walkway to improve drainage and prevent water pooling. * Assessing and ensuring the drainage system is functioning adequately to handle stormwater. The roof membrane has been recently replaced, but water pooling has been observed due to incorrect falls, inadequate drainage, and stress from heavy rain.
