Repair tin roof flashing on mono-pitch house :)

I need repairs done on the roof of our rental property which is currently tenanted.It is a mono-pitch roof,and by the looks of it i think flashing wasn't put up when it was built and on a certain wind its pushing the rain up in there and leaking . This has caused some damage to the inside of house/wood and caused a hole in the gib of the ceiling in a spare bedroom. House is only 8 years old .
