Awesome Lovatt Roof

Tired old tin roof. Has one obvious leak and several soft spots. Nails rusting. Looking for prices, options and timing for repair and/or replacement. Floor area of house is approx 110 squares. Roof is shallow pitch in two main sections shown in photo, and one smaller on back side.
