Garage roof

I am building a garage dimensions 2.4(H) x 12m (l) x 7.2m (w). It will have an open gable with a 20 degree pitch. To be built in longrun coloursteel. I am planning a roof soffit of 600mm on the front side (12m) and 400mm at the sides (7.2m). The property is located in Turangi.

Aluminium window installation

Installation of around 25 aluminium windows and doors in to colour steel cladding. A large part of this job is the flashing's works surrounding the joinery. New commercial build about 10 mins out of town. Looking for a labour price for the lot, can provide the tools and equipment if needed. New roof

Existing cedar shingle roof is 18 yrs old and starting to leak in various places after extended rain. Want to replace it with a new corrugated iron roof. Approx 70sqm roof, pitch change and separate sections involved. 2 storey house. Happy to assist where possible to keep costs down.

Reattach roof panels and building paper

Nukuhau, Taupo

Some panels have lifted adjacent to a gully. Rain water has entered the roof space and filled a portion of the building paper and eventually overflowed into the ceiling space. I would like the section of building paper replaced or taped up if possible, and the roof panels re-secured. No repaires are needed to the cieling panels.
