Repair of concrete rooftop (for concrete telecommunications bunker) - Taupo

We require a builder/tradesman to repair a large crack in the roof/ceiling of our concrete telecommunications bunker at the MRP Flood Gates, Tongariro St, State Highway 1, Taupo. Our site is unmanned and an escort will be required for the site to provide access initially. We have photo's of the internal view of the bunker showing the length and position of the crack. The crack is approximately 2.5m in length and we have been advised the best process for restoration will be to use an angle grinder with 2 diamond blades (next to each other) and grind (externally) approximately 10mm deep into the existing crack to remove the "damaged" concrete. Following this it has been recommended that we use SikaPlug to fill in and repair the rooftop. We require this to be restored as soon as possible as it is currently allowing water to drip into our telecommunications bunker which isn't the best (electronics and water don't mix well......)
