I would like to tidy up a roof on a single level 100m sq house. It is short run iron and unpainted, so I want any corroded material removed and replaced, screws tightened/reinstated where they have popped, any potential cracks patched etc and the whole thing painted. I have a report on the roof for any potential roofers to look at for a more thorough understanding of the job and more accurate quote.
