New Coloursteel Roof #2

1980's Lockwood home in Pukawa, Looking to replace the existing decramastic tiles with long run ColourSteel or something similar. Will also look to replace existing gutters and downpipes. Roof is a simple low pitch rectangular shape - approx 13.5m x 6.0m. House is single level dwelling with good access around the entire area.

Repair of leaks to commercial building roof

Cyclone damage on roof

Hello, Recently our holiday home was water damaged during Cyclone Gabrielle. Water came from the roof into the ceiling cavity into one of the bedrooms. My insurer (AA Insurance) has requested I get a quote, and scope of work from both a roofer, and builder.

Roof repair

House is a 1963 Lockwood with it's original roof. The roof is leaking at the apex and dripping down the centre beam inside. Ridge is 12 meters long and probably needs to be replaced.

Roof leak

The roof is leaking during heavy rain and strong wind. The roof is corrugated iron and has a single gable running full length of two units. There are two places where drips are entering the house directly below the ridge line. A repair by the owner has been done in the past - see first photo. Water overflow

Looking to rule things out. In extreme downpours we have water coming into the home via window framework and joinery. Not via roof but could be gutters overloading. We have no clutter in the gutter but would like to find the right person who may be able to tell us what it is, issue a quote so we can get it fixed
