Cyclone damage on roof

Hello, Recently our holiday home was water damaged during Cyclone Gabrielle. Water came from the roof into the ceiling cavity into one of the bedrooms. My insurer (AA Insurance) has requested I get a quote, and scope of work from both a roofer, and builder.
