Some outdoor roof jobs: 1) Repair small section of soffit/fascia. A 10cm section of wooden fascia has degraded and needs replacing. This job requires scaffolding for access, and may require work on metal guttering. 2) Remove small section of protruding wooden roof beam, which has also deteriorated. This job does not require scaffolding. 3) Small sections of roof capping may need new flashings.

Appears to be the gutter at the along the end of the shop that is the problem. Must be able to guarantee work. Located Beachhaven, North Shore (Auckland). Fix Fall in Gutter

We have internal gutters (Taylor Fascia I think, steel) and at the back of the house it tends to overflow in the middle during very heavy rainfall. When I was on the roof I noticed water pooling in the middle and it wasn't flowing to the downpipe. This is where it overflows. We also need some small flashings put in a couple of places and maybe the roof checked for leaks if any.

I need a quote to repair and repaint the tin roof of our house. I think there may be a small leak in one corner of the roof. We have one quote and would like a couple more. I'm not sure of the floor area of the house but it is a 4 bedroom Beazley home built in the 70's if that helps.

REPOSTED - require immediate action Our roof is corrugated steel and in average condition, however there are repairs, maintenance and re-painting required. In particular the Butynol membrane lining the flat portion of the roofs needs urgent attention. There are also loose areas and flashing defects suspected. I don't have many photos of the roof except a building report and the agent listing of the house. These can be made available.
