Replacing Butynol & other repairs to roof

REPOSTED - require immediate action Our roof is corrugated steel and in average condition, however there are repairs, maintenance and re-painting required. In particular the Butynol membrane lining the flat portion of the roofs needs urgent attention. There are also loose areas and flashing defects suspected. I don't have many photos of the roof except a building report and the agent listing of the house. These can be made available.
