Leaking gutter

I'd like a quote to remove the old silicone and re patch a hole in a metal gutter. Am also considering whether it would be worth welding a new section on the roof rather than just filling it with more silicone.

Roof leaking

Need to have someone to look at a roof leak. The water is finding it's way into our house by the fireplace flue, however not sure if that is actually where the hole is. Our roof is steep and we have cathedral ceilings therefore there is no ceiling space, so you'll need to be on the roof to find hole.

Fireplace/woodburner removal

We have a kent wood burner and chimney that we wish to remove from our lounge. We need someone to remove the fireplace, remove the chimney tube and make good the exterior and interior of the roof so it is weathertight and waterproof including all (if required) building paperwork requirements being met. The fire is resting on the carpet but without removing it I can't tell if this may need to be made good as well. The fire will be stored under the house once removed so this needs to be put there...

We own a weatherboard home and have a couple issues with water infiltration from: - our roof (slow minor leak), needs assessment on what is causing the leak and fixing it. Easy access to the roof area. - just discovered a leak in an interior wall that is exposed to the outside after removing the wallpaper. Dampness seems to be localised to a small section at the bottom of the wall. It has damaged the jigboard. It seems to be drying out but we need to check for potential damage to the wood...

At present there is a flue and HWC overflow pipe through the roof, but am in the process of changing that, so there will be no roof penetrations, no flashings required. We can see rust spots on our old corrugated iron roof, and have just found two points - one interior (lounge) and one exterior (under the eaves) - where a hole and damp has appeared, so assume the rust has eaten through the roof at those points at least. We don't have a good view of the whole roof though, so not sure how extensive the problem is! Looking to sell the house in a couple of years, so not wanting to replace the roof. I have two leaks on my roof at opposite ends of the house, the roof is concrete tile and the ingress point appears to be around the gable ends of the roof, I have had a tradesman around in the past but the repair has been unsuccessful.
