Replace Barge Boards and small bit of side fascia

Re roofing of a 70's Pole House. Current roof is Multirib I believe and about 10% of the roof was replaced recently. Most of the bottom edges have rust where leaves have gathered over the years so I'm not sure if patch work will suffice.

It has happened twice - first time about 3 weeks ago & then again last weekend - dripped for a short time only - approximately 1/8 cup of water. Gutter fix and clean

A recent removal and trimming of trees has left us with leaves in the gutter and the corner section of the guttering being broken off. The gutter material is plastic and each piece is 150 and 170 cm in length. We'd like someone to quote cleaning the gutters of leaves etc and fixing the broken guttering. Sort out water ingress into metal shed

We have a skyline type shed / garage which is like 20 years old sitting on a concrete base. After heavy rain we find a big puddle of water in the center of the concrete base. Initially we thought it was from couple of small leaks in the roof but even after they've been fixed by a professional roofer it is still occurring.
