Leak in Ceiling
Job description
A leak has developed in my dining room ceiling & finds its way down through a hanging light. It has happened twice - first time about 3 weeks ago & then again last weekend - dripped for a short time only - approximately 1/8 cup of water. My roof is stone chip-coated & there is no ceiling in that part of the roof.

I highly recommend Ario - he was on time, thorough, professional, trustworthy & stuck to his quote - even gave me a few handy maintenance hints. He will also be fixing some other handyman jobs that need doing.
