Our roof leaked over the weekend's biblical rain. It's 35 years old so time for a replacement. It's a corrugated steel roof that we want replaced with colorsteel to match the veranda roof we replaced last year. The house is 2 story, one side is very steep, the other side not so steep but still quite a drop to the ground. Other than the pitch, it's a fairly simple roof to my untrained roofing eye. There is a smaller sticky-out bit over the kitchen bay window The garage is single car sized and on the end of the house and very easily accessible. The car port is currently covered in cracked clearlite or similar and lets as much rain in as it keeps out. We want to replace it with 50% clearlite or similar and 50% colorsteel. The job is to replace the lot with new colorsteel and to take the old roof away.
