Roof touchups
Job description
Some outdoor roof jobs: 1) Repair small section of soffit/fascia. A 10cm section of wooden fascia has degraded and needs replacing. This job requires scaffolding for access, and may require work on metal guttering. 2) Remove small section of protruding wooden roof beam, which has also deteriorated. This job does not require scaffolding. 3) Small sections of roof capping may need new flashings.

A thoroughly professional job. Came when he said he would, always polite and considerate. Quality of workmanship was excellent with great attention to detail. Quote wasn't the cheapest but Richard was worth every cent, and went beyond the quote scope to address other issues without changing the price. Highly recommended.
