Roof on 3 bdrm house approx 9metres x 18metres single pitch At moment it has imitation tiles which is iron with coating Unsure if it is okay Needs moss removal or may need to be replaced with long run iron. One side the spouting needs replacing. House is in Birkdale and is tenanted.
