Copper gutter :- patch, rivet, solder. We have a leak/s (that silicon hasn't fixed, no surprise! ). Also a couple of other small areas that need competent repair too.

A small finishing touch needed. To finish this job needs a fascia and flashing fitted, about 2.5 - 3.0 metres. I have the materials, this job looks a little tricky to me and I don't have the confidence to finish this myself.

Partial roof replacement, remedial work & roof paint.

Looking at purchasing a bach & building report has suggested replacing/remedial work on roofing for 2 carport roofs, 1 area of the house where there is a flattish roof (over 2 bedrooms) and also the seperate garage. It has also been suggested the main roof requires a repaint as the protective coating has worn. Also a bit of guttering requiring replacing. We are wanting a quote as to what this work will cost.

Roof leak

We have a rental property in Levin and the tenants have advised that there are two areas where leaking has occured. Area one- flat roof carport joined to the house is allowing water to leak through an internal wall and window frame. Area two- possibly blocked or damamged guttering causing water to run under the soffit. We require a quote from a suitably qualfied repairer.

Replace Roof facias

I think they are called facias. The wood under the plastic spouting is rotting away and needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a good quote and a job well done. Anyone want to tackle this job? Thanks Sandy.

Garage roof

Old garage 780cm long and 374cm width needs long run metal roof with four clear panels for light as there is no power!(and is leaking quite a bit!) Was wondering what sort of outlay I would be looking at? Thanks
