Partial roof replacement, remedial work & roof paint.

Looking at purchasing a bach & building report has suggested replacing/remedial work on roofing for 2 carport roofs, 1 area of the house where there is a flattish roof (over 2 bedrooms) and also the seperate garage. It has also been suggested the main roof requires a repaint as the protective coating has worn. Also a bit of guttering requiring replacing. We are wanting a quote as to what this work will cost.
