Greenhouse re-roofing

Removal and replacement of large greenhouse roof (not a glasshouse as there is no glass). Existing corrugated plastic/fibreglass is probably 40 years old. Dimensions approx 20 m x 6 m. Ideally you can arrange internal scaffolding or ladders around the existing internal structures ? I'm keen to understand what different products are available (e.g. PVC vs polycarbonate) . 2 x roof valleys have accumulated vegetation debris - mostly by birds building nests which has caused water to enter the house and down the the exterior wall cladding under the verandah. Valleys need to be checked and cleared.
