Roof on old sleepout blown off in storm

Half the old tin roof has blown off in the storm a few weeks ago. Iron looks old so not sure if best to re-use or replace. It's just an out building approx 3 x 5m.

Maybe the car port roof needs replacing connects to the house. #3

replace the the roof over the car port as the car port roof is connected to the house roof and it leaks where the roofs connect. Plus a couple posts need replacing on my front decking.

Roof Flue Replacement

Our hot water cylinder was removed during an Infinity Gas system being installed at the property. During removal, the roof flue was left and does not seem 100% water tight. I have placed some temporary sealant around this but am looking for someone to remove the flue and replace it with just a plain sheet of iron as it is no longer required.

Rust patchs #3 urgent!!

Have discovered that my flat iron roof has three spots of deep rust from where a water cylinder was removed. It has bitumen underneath so has not leaked to ceiling. Plumber advised affected sheets need to be replaced. Photos of two of spots below.
