To repair or rebuild the roof

1950s bach located at Waitarere Beach I would like recommendations and quotes if the roof needs to be repaired or should be replaced. The builders report mentions the roof is corrugated iron but it has a plastic quality to it. Some of the nails are not positioned well or not nailed into any wood. The roof is slightly angled but mainly flat. It is not insulation and would like this done at the same time. If you can do this, please include in the quote. The house is 60 sqm.

I have a high pitched, decramastic roof with a cathedral ceiling in the lounge. Noticed that when it has been cold / frosty during the night and by the afternoon sun there seems to be condensation on part of the internal, vertical timber beam. Needs to be investigated.

We need to reroof an old section of roof. Material is coloursteel. Part of the roof was replaced when we did renovations 8 years ago but now we have a leak which may be coming from the older part of the roof. Roof also needs to be raised to the right angle - should be 5 degree pitch but was recently confirmed as only being 2 degrees.
