We have a rental property in Levin and the tenants have advised that there are two areas where leaking has occured. Area one- flat roof carport joined to the house is allowing water to leak through an internal wall and window frame. Area two- possibly blocked or damamged guttering causing water to run under the soffit. We require a quote from a suitably qualfied repairer.
