Concrete tile roof repair

We have an old (1958) concrete tile roof with a few broken tiles and damage on a the ridge lines at the bottom corner (there is a chunk bit missing causing a leak). We realise that the roof probably needs replacing however the house may need to be sold as is, What we need to make it water tight in the meantime. Please don't apply if your plan is to replace the roof. We have some spare tiles if that helps (see photos)

1. Need an old hot water cylinder roof penetration flashing sealed or repaired (light can be seen through it) on a single storey roof 2. Some butynol roofing approx 2mx2m needs repairing as some edges are lifting 3. The roofing connecting the sunroom to the house (maybe 1mx2m?) has been installed cutting into the membrane and requires repairing 4. The main metal roof has some surface rust and requires treatment 5. Discuss any other maintenance required/recommended

Single storey Sleepout roof needs replacing- existing roof is tiling which appears to be some sort of fibre cement- 3-4 mm thick - they have tested positive for asbestos.Roof is about 35m sq. with one penetration. Spouting is sound. I am thinking of long run steel as replacement??

Small Roof Leak

We have recently noticed a leak that is tracking from the coloursteel roof down under the roof-line and exiting onto a concrete path at the bottom of a post under the eaves. It is apparent as a small area of damp concrete following heavy rain. Our home is 15 years old and otherwise the roof is in excellent condition. It would be great to have this investigated and resolved.

Exterior repairs - shingles above 2 box windows, some sofits and fascias replace

We have a wonderful old 1920s villa that needs some external repairs. One side of the house barely saw the sun until recently and now the shingles above a couple of the box windows need replaced. We can re-do shingles, although I would be happy to consider alternatives, as long as the repairs look clean and are waterproof. (Photos attached). Along that side of the house some of the sofits have gone soft over the years, so will need replaced. I would estimate about 5-10m. (Photos attached)...
