Hi there! My house in christchurch has a deck area in the back that has a translucent plastic roof that was damaged by hail and weather. It was getting quite old so will need it replaced. Area of plastic roof is approximately 3.5mx1.5m. Also, one area of our metal guttering will need to be repaired and rejoined! See pics below and if there are any questions, feel free to hit me up. Guttering replacement - approx 30m

Hi I have a rental that I think I need the guttering replaced. I think the downpipes and fascia are OK. I am OK with PVC guttering or whatever is more cost efficient. I estimate it is approx 30m (linear), single story, end of a 3 unit block. There are currently no tenants in the property (until the weekend). Thanks Justine

Downpipe for Louvrekit louvre roof

Need a downpipe installed and connected to an existing downpipe. Existing downpipe is a folder rectangular shape made from metal and would be looking to connect into that. Alternatives possible are to runn the louvre downpipe down the one leg of the louvre and somehow connect to the down pipe pvc pipe.

Concrete tile roof in need of some repairs to satisfy insurance condition: Mortar deterioration, broken section of the chimney, and rust on the metal valley flashings Chimney is not functional. I've put some plastic over top for now but just needs a more permanent cap. Definitely nterested in further work and future proofing at a later stage, so keen to discuss this but for now would like to focus on getting the items flagged sorted.
