Rusted roof sheet

Have had a building inspection done and they have found a large rusted spot on my curved corrugated roof that needs sorting. Looking to have 2 sheets replaced, a kickout flashing installed next to gutter. And potentially some metal flashing installed to replace old timber ones. (depends on cost)
